Important! Sending out this form does not imply a final booking, but simply a reservation request that we will screen based on availability. Booking will be issued only upon communication from the Seven Rooms management.
Rooms: Info & Conditions
Rates are valid for a reservation of two persons and a minimum stay of 2 nights.
1-night reservations are charged an additional fee of € 5.00.
In low and mid season the rate will be reduced by € 20 for stays of one person.
RATES INCLUDE
Price is to be intended “per room” and is all inclusive of all services (listed here) like initial cleaning of the room, and the complete set of towels and linen: in case of stays longer than two days, cleaning will also be included daily, towels will be changed every two days and the linen in the middle of the week.
RATES DO NOT INCLUDE:
City Tax, the amount of which will be communicated at the time of booking.
Booking requires a deposit of 30% of the total price. Reservation is accomplished only upon receipt of this deposit.
In case of cancellation, we will charge the following: up to 30 days from the date of arrival 30% of the total price, or withholding the advance paid; from 29 to 8 days before arrival, 60% charge; from 7 days before arrival, 90% of the total price of the stay will be charged.
Not showing up, late arrival or early departure are compensated by the total price of the stay.
Check-in from 15:30 onwards, check-out by 10:30
The Flat: Info & Conditions
Stays are intended, preferably, weekly with arrival from Saturday to Saturday or from Sunday to Sunday.
For the months of April, May and up to the first week of June, you can book for a minimum of three nights. This is subject to availability.
RATES INCLUDE
All services (listed here), initial cleaning, electricity, water and gas consumption, waste tax, initial set of towels and linen.
RATES DO NOT INCLUDE
Final cleaning (€ 50), daily cleaning (on request, € 12.00 per day), additional supply of linen and towels (€ 10 per person) and the tourist tax, the amount of which will be communicated at the time of booking.
Booking requires a deposit of 30% of the total price. Reservation is accomplished only upon receipt of this deposit. Visitors must pay the balance 2 days before departure.
Caution: upon arrival we ask a deposit of € 100.00 (cash only), which will be returned at the end of the stay after check-up for any damage and/or loss of keys.
