Pietro and Angelica strongly believe the province of Ascoli Piceno and the region Marche to be travel destinations full of character, history, culture, traditions, and beautiful landscapes. From the sea, through the hills to the mountains, your time at Seven Rooms & Flat will definitely grant you an exciting and joyful travelling experience!
Seven Rooms & Flat was born from the idea of a young married couple from San Benedetto del Tronto, Pietro and Angelica.
After a 12-year career in Milan as a manager for companies connected to the world of fashion, publishing and HR, and following a serious highway accident, Pietro decided in 2010 to give a “turn” to his life. He found recovery for himself, his strengths and the relationship with his family, finally chasing the lifelong dream of opening a tourist-accommodation activity in San Benedetto del Tronto.
Together they took over the management of this small guesthouse: they brought new life to a typical building in the historic town centre, making it the first Eco-Certified guesthouse in the region Marche, in which they previously opened a 100% organic bar, the first one to appear in the region.
In February 2020 the pandemic and the lockdown forced the closure of activities: Pietro and Angelica saw this human and economic tragedy as an opportunity for change. In this time they matured the wish to renew their accommodation facility.
October 2020: the renovation works set off, leading to a Version 2.0 of Seven Rooms & Flat, located in the town centre, 20 meters from the pedestrian area and a 400-meter walk from the sea.
What has changed? EVERYTHING, all-new, more modern, safer!
With a soul linked to the environment and ecology, today Seven Rooms is a fully automated accommodation facility!

Seven Rooms & Flat is a guesthouse open all year round, with a perfect location in San Benedetto del Tronto, next to the pedestrian centre, only a few minutes far from the beach, the railway station and the bus terminal.

Seven Rooms & Flat is the first guesthouse ECO-CERTIFIED in the region Marche since December 2011. This result comes from the great engagement of our management team and for their respect and fulfilment of the specific requirements making the Seven Rooms & Flat a unique reality among the touristic accommodations of the area.

Among these requirements: we use ecological and/or recycled office paper and stationery, we apply customary control to limit water and energy waste, communicating carefully with our guests on how to make rational use of bathroom linen.
Central to our renovation works was the environmental respect: we introduced a solar system connected to a 500-litre storage tank to meet the total need for domestic hot water, a brand-new high-condensing boiler, an energy-saving heat pump linked to a modern air conditioning and heating system specifically designed for the needs of the SEVEN ROOMS and its guests, an Eco-Fridge and Eco-Phon in the room. The Seven Rooms is also fully lighted by a LED system.
The home automation system supports our ECO-CERTIFICATION: a series of sensors optimize energy saving in each room.
Thanks to our immediate proximity to the train station, the bus terminal for lines connecting cities like Rome, Florence, Perugia, the pedestrian area and the splendid seafront promenade, Seven Rooms and Flat promotes daily use of alternative means of transport such as railway, bus, bicycle or – simply – a nice walk.
The ECO-CERTIFICATION is the proof of our strong belief in a GREEN PHILOSOPHY, as respect for the environment, sustainability and energy saving are for us today all features of great relevance and awareness.
To respect these grants us a better life, enjoying relaxing and healthy holidays for our physical and psychological well-being. At SEVEN ROOMS the watchword is SUSTAINABLE TOURISM.
Smart
Room accessibility and management via smart card
Two smartphone applications let you check-in and out remotely and from anywhere. It is possible to automatically open the entrance and the rooms, activate the AC or the heating, and turn on all the lights. Our guests will only need a card that they will find in the room, through which they can carry out any operations during their stay.
